Parent Resource Center
Career Cruising is a web based career research site. All Swift students in grades 6-8 have a career portfolio. Throughout the 3 years at Swift the students will enter information into their portfolio, such as, activities participated in, awards received, careers they are interested in, and subjects they like. In 6th and 7th grade students enter personal information into their portfolio. In 8th grade students spend more time working in Career Cruising, taking a career survey, matching up their interests with possible career fields, and then matching up their potential future career with courses available at the High School. This portfolio will then follow the students to the High School. For more information please click on the links attached. Please ask your student or call the Guidance office to receive the user name and password. If you have further questions please contact me at Swift.
